Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Ariira. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in a re-saleable condition.
To start your return, please visit our Returns Center by logging in to your account.
Important Information
- Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical exposure (perfume, bleach, heat, or general wear and tear) is not considered a fault. Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide to maintain your pieces.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process after we receive your returned item.
- If your item is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Free gifts must be returned if the qualifying purchase is refunded. If not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Personalised jewellery & earrings are non-returnable.
- Custom name necklaces are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and in a re-saleable condition. Items deemed unsaleable will not be refunded.
2️⃣ Attach your return label and address the package to us.
3️⃣ Use a trackable postal service via your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
4️⃣ Keep your proof of postage safe as you may need it in case of any issues.
5️⃣ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only (excluding original shipping fees).
6️⃣ Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
🚨 Incorrect Address Returns:
If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for redelivery costs.
International Returns
- International customers can return items via any postal service.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges.
- We do not refund international customs duties or sales taxes.
- The return remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot process refunds for lost parcels.
